The Emec T CO and T CL are simple dosing pumps that can dose up to 100 litres per hour. The flow is adjustable with a potentiometer. This allows you to set the stroke speed. The T series comes standard with a PVDF pump head and a full PTFE diaphragm. This combination is suitable for a wide range of chemical liquids. If required, a PP pumphead is also available for caustic soda or potash, for instance. The T-series is covered by Emec's 5-year warranty! This guarantee does not apply to the "wet" parts such as injection valve and pump head.

Version of the Emec T series

The T Series includes a number of models ranging from multifunction, level control, compressed air or the TP (CO) with a flow of up to 230 litres per hour.

• MF (Multifunction) - Multifunction dosing pumps are special because of their versatile applications and advanced features. They offer programmable dosages, a digital interface for easy configuration, accuracy, compatibility with various fluids, monitoring systems, and connectivity options. This makes them ideal for industrial environments where flexibility and reliability are crucial.
• CL - With level control.
• CO - Without level control.

Other versions of the Emec T Series

• T(A) - The Type A metering pump has a special function that automatically discharges air thanks to its self-venting pump head. This pump head has parts made of PVDF, such as the pump head itself, the injection valve, the foot filter and the discharge hose. With the pump, you get standard accessories that come with the basic design. If you want extra features, you can add optional accessories, such as a PP pump head with matching accessories and a PE hose.
• T(P) - These metering pumps are good at pumping thick liquids with a maximum thickness of 50,000 cPs. They have a special pump head made of PMMA with PTFE balls and you can manually release air from the pump. Included in the kit are useful accessories such as a 16×22 (PVC) and 20×27 (PVC) hose, a priming kit with a syringe and a 30 cm hose. Please note that this pump does not include an injection valve, foot filter and level gauge.
• T (AC) - This dosing pump operates on both 230 VAC and compressed air. The parts in contact with the liquid, such as the pump head, injection valve, foot filter and discharge hose, are made of PVDF. With the pump, you get standard accessories that come with the basic design.
