Water meter corrosive liquids with pulse encoder and PFTE coating
A water meter with a pulse generator is used for accurate dosing of chemicals at a varying flow. The water meter built into the pipe gives one or more pulses per liter. These pulses can be processed by a controller or dosing pump. In this way the dosing pump or controller knows how much water flows through the pipe and how much must be dosed. This is useful for Legionella prevention or dosing a certain amount of disinfectant ppm or percent.
This water meter is internally and externally coated with PTFE and is used in corrosive water flows up to 30 degrees Celsius. The Emec CatFit has a dry dial.
Please note! If you want the water meter to communicate with the dosing pump, you need a dosing pump with MF (Multifunction) configuration.
