Emec Prism Volt Mode

The Emec Prisma dosing pump is made to make dosing as easy as possible! This all-rounder is known as the most innovative Emec dosing pump to date! One of the reasons for this is the large number of 'modes'. Here, among other things, we will explain how all these 'modes' work!

How does the Emec Prisma Volt Mode work?

With the Volt mode of the Emec Prisma, voltage is fed to the pump, determined by proportional dosing according to set minimum and maximum values.

In this mode of operation, you must connect an external input that can send a voltage of 0-10V to the pump.

Configuring Volt mode is as follows:

  • Press the encoder to turn on the pump.
  • Select the following:
    • Settings.
    • Advanced.
    • Working mode.
    • Volts.
  • For volts, you need to set four values. These are:
    • Maximum input voltage.
    • Maximum flow rate.
    • Minimum voltage.
    • Minimum flow rate.
  • The pump will then proportionally start dosing according to the maximum and minimum voltage values.
  • Once programming is complete, select save and press encoder.
  • Return to the main screen to activate the saved working mode.
