The Emec Prisma is made to make dosing as easy as possible! This all-rounder is known as the most innovative Emec dosing pump to date! One of the reasons for this is the large number of 'modes'. Here, among other things, we will explain how all these 'modes' work.
How does the Emec Prism Percentage mode work?
In percentage mode, dosing is determined by pulses from a connected water meter according to the set percentage (%) value. For this mode of operation, you need to connect a water meter with pulse generator to your Emec Prism. You need to configure this water meter in the 'water meter' menu.
The percentage mode is used to add, for example, 1% of a liquid to the volume flow. When the volume flow becomes higher or lower, the dosing pump will adjust.
To turn on percentage mode, do the following:
- Press the encoder to turn on the pump.
- Select the following:
- Settings.
- Advanced.
- Working mode.
- Select Percentage. Here you can set the percentage of the product to be proportionally dosed to the total amount of water and the dilution value (concentration).
- Once programming is complete, select 'save' and press encoder.
Return to the main screen to activate the saved working mode.
