The Emec Prisma is made to make dosing as easy as possible. This all-rounder is known as the most innovative Emec dosing pump to date! One of the reasons for this is the large number of 'modes'. Below, we take a closer look at the Pause/Work mode.
How does the Emec Prisma Pause/Work mode work?
With Pause/Work mode, the pump will dispense the set amount of product during working time. In addition, you can also set the pause time. So you can also determine the time interval between two working times.
Set this as follows:
- Press the encoder to turn on the pump.
- Select the following:
- Settings.
- Advanced.
- Working mode.
- 'Pause-Work'.
- In this 'Pause-Work mode', you need to set three values:
- Working time (minutes).
- Pause time (minutes).
- Flow rate (l/h). To know the total amount of product dosed for each working time, divide the flow rate (l/h) by the minutes of activity.
- Once programming is complete, select 'save' and press encoder.
- Return to the main screen to activate the saved working mode.
